Got this Dell laptop for my daughter for early Christmas gift for school she's very happy and so am I I highly recommend it I'm with Best buy it's Friday sale what's perfect.

Perfect laptop for daughter who works from home and is able to do everything she needs to do on this computer. She loves it!

Unfortunately I returned for a full easy refund. Got a better laptop for Christmas and this one was the lesser of the two (processor memory). Otherwise I would have kept it.

This laptop is a nice machine. It is fast and I love it! It's responsive. You get all you need for a great price. Dell is a quality name. Dell's Customer Service is spot on.

Good laptop for basic needs. It is very light weight. The configuration very decent for the price I paid. The only thing i don't like is the low screen resolution.

Great spec for the price. But overall it would be great value if 3000 series build quality is better. Feels too much of low quality plastic. Screen quality is not good.

Easy start up and use for average home user. We wanted a computer that was good for web browsing and email. This computer satisfied those needs with few extra perks

Bought for a super great price. This laptop is so nice and light in weight. Startup requires couple of seconds which is great. No that spinning thing

This laptop was cheap about $350 and worth every penny. While it's not the lightest laptop, the horsepower that it has is the leverage for the price of the laptop.

Bought these but we weren’t told by the guy helping us to be aware of the S mode and sold us word to put on it. You can only put things on it from the Microsoft store!

Very happy with unit. Had it not been for the sales person I would not have found it and I am so grateful to him. It does every thing it is needed to and then some.

This computer has enough RAM and good processor speed to keep up with today’s software requirements. It seems durable and should last for a good amount of time.

you really can't go wrong with dell, they went from creating just the basic computer you need to the one you want. great quality build that lasts.

Got this for my mom as a Christmas present. She is a teacher and is currently working from home. No complaints. Its a year old and she loves it.
