Good value for the price paid. Useful for doing office related work where mostly we will handle with Ms office stuff. Did not have any performance issues so far.

Computer is working great so far. Only bit of frustration is that you have to pay in order to unlock it and download programs outside of the Windows platform.

It was great to order online on thanksgiving and pick up in store on Friday. The store was sold out so I was probably the only one with one in my hands at the store!

Needed a replacement laptop with Windows 10. The laptop is just what we needed. I would have given it a 5 star except there was no Office software included.

Has worked great for my teenager who uses a homeschool program. He used it daily since we bought in 2019, we’ve had no issues with it.

This is a good laptop bought on sale for one of my users. they have been happy with the purchase as have I because it has been trouble free.

Good if you are in a pinch. Decent laptop for about 2 years. Battery isn’t great.

Bought this as an open box but ots been great so far..great above average computer..but i just love the I5 processors

My husband loves his new laptop. Quicken did not work as expected on the Mac and getting this laptop has made things easier for him. No issues with it at all.

Brought this for my niece and she loves it. Bigger than she expected but works fine and is very light. She uses it to record audio and hasn’t had any issues.

Great laptop. Lots of ports for hookup to large monitor, external drive, printer, key board and mouse. Very fast laptop, no problems whatsoever.

This is a really nice, fast computer for the money. The graphics are good. The touch screen is a nice feature to have. Use it more than you think you would.

I purchased this laptop in Black Friday deal, laptop is not fancy and it doesn’t have backlit keyboard, display is dull but the performance is very good.

so far so good for what I needed it for... although the protection package we bought with it was definitely not user friendly so that was a waste of money.
