Touch screen is good, laptop is used for school 100% of the time. Wish the screen was a better quality, that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Bought this laptop after talking with members of the Geek Squad and following their recommendation. Overall it’s exactly what I needed.

Runs smoothly, Screen and camera are good quality. Using for development and videos, it is more than enough. I might add more memory later.

Got this for my granddaughter for xmas. She is going to be so happy. Already put her games on it.

I bought two of these during the black Friday deals . I thought the specs were good for the price. It was easy activating it out of S mode and into Windows 10 Home. One of the two laptops I began using it to surf the web. I started to notice annoying, brief, random screen flashes. I contacted Dell. The tech person took remote control of the computer and updated the Bios. Next day, I still experienced the random flashing. I contacted Dell again, this time a flash occurred while the tech was remotely connected. He said it wasn't a hardware issue and reset Windows. The next day, the random flashing occurred again. I updated the drivers that had available updates and the firmware - still getting random flashes. Having spent at least 2 hours on the phone with Dell and on my own researching and troubleshooting, I finally returned the laptop.I had to get a replacement and even the new laptop had the same issues. Very much disappointed with the flash which is causing a lot of irritation to the eyes. Apart from the flashes I really liked the product and I dont know if i should again return it or use it. Its unfortunate that Dell is not able to correct this issues. I wouldn't mind sharing the video of how the screen flashes.

Its a great laptop for beginners. If you are looking for a laptop just for browsing or watching movies and videos, this is the best laptop.

I have Grab couple of in thanks giving. Post that i have naver seen they went down. using those since then. No issues and working well.

Wifey's laptop died so bought this as a replacement. She uses it for school and she likes it so far. Will update if any issues in future.

Bought computer for my daughter to do her school work. Great buy for the price. Love fhe big screen, but mouse pad is a lirtle hard.

Purchased this as a gift - it was an easy choice with its 8GB RAM, SSD and touch screen features. Good laptop for home use.

Got this for my teenage son, who is on the computer each day. He loves it, and it works well.

We had to update everything a couple times and even reinstall some drivers more than once. But after that it has worked as intended.

I have used many other brands in past. But this time I wanted to try Dell. It was a good deal for the price. No complaints so far.

For the price you get a fast, multitasking laptop that’s great for a small business or for all of your teens’ high school projects!

Great computer. the hardware is fine but beware of the windows 10 s mode... I wasnt aware of an s mode to after i made the purchase.

I got this when this was on a great discount. Works great and sturdy built. Great value for money. Comes with Windows S though.
