Bought this laptop for my daughter at the Black Friday price. Works well and has good specs.

Easy to setup and touch screen is good. SSD helps to boot faster. Good for this price range

It’s a nice small laptop. I like the touch screen aspect it’s like using my iPad. I can’t get the auto download feature to work on it since I got it. It’s supposed to have this Feature that allows you to plug you phone in and it will auto detect the images and videos to transfer. We have tried and it always gives an error! I just now realized I miss my old laptop had the volume and mute buttons this doesn’t.

I bought a computer back 2 years ago with a regular spinning hard drive (but with lots of space) and it was slow. When I performed system check, the slowness of the HDD was slowing everything down. But not with this laptop. Computer starts up in 5 seconds; everything is loaded up and ready to go within 15. It was a great deal for the price, even though the Intel CPU is two generations behind the latest ones.

Fully functional touchscreen system. Does everything I need and the price was unbeatable.

Purchased for husband's basic computing needs. We were surprised by the Windows 10S out of the box. It would have been nice to have that information up front, but Geek Squad got us up and running on Windows 10 with no problems and computer has been great since. Does what he needs it to do. For a basic internet-and-email computer with some decent speed, it was a great bargain at the sale price.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas as she was in need of one. She said it works great, smooth & very user friendly. Screen size is perfect & not too bulky so she can carry it in her bag decently. She needs it for school & likes if for social media fun. Has not explored it's photo capabilities but feels pretty confident it's a good all around laptop for basic needs.

Overall, this is a good home use computer. The bootup is quick and has all the basics I need. Decent amount of storage for the price. I love the touch screen. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is for the graphics. If you stream a lot of video, this may not be the one for you. The graphics can be a bit grainy. However, great value if your looking for a basic computer.

After previously returning two defective HP laptops I was about to Give up on buying a Laptop. While at BB returning my defective second HP unit I discovered they Had this Dell on sale for $399 not wanting to go home empty handed I swapped the HP for this unit and boy am I glad. pros 1. it boots up quick within 10 seconds or so thanks to the SSD. 2. fairly quiet 3. great specs 8 gigs of ram intel core I5 quad core. Coming from a Lenovo that had 4 gigs of Ram and an I3 this was a welcome upgrade at an affordable price. I only have a few minor gripes about the unit the cheap body and the headphone jack being on the left side instead of the right can't really complain for the price. If you see this unit on Sale get it! worth the money.

I have been using this laptop for more than a year now, quite intensively I should add, since I am working from home due to the pandemic, but thankfully, it has never given me any trouble. The only thing I could complain about is that I wish it came with a larger hard drive (256 GB is hardly enough for the volume of data I have to work with).
