I am loving this laptop from Day 1. Easy to set up and no issues with it running slow like others have mentioned. There's some programs that came with it of course, but nothing I have had to remove. I typically have about 7 different pages or applications open at one time for my work and have had no trouble with it keeping up, running slow, etc. I especially love the touch screen capability. I didn't think that would be such a big deal initially, but really really love that feature! I use it a lot!

I bought this as a replacement backup pc to manage my accounting software and act as a back up to my daily use, higher power computer. The bad; it tanked during setup because I over taxed it syncing files and installing new programs. One factory reset later and a slower process of installing programs and its fine. The good; it's a touch screen (not a yoga though), it's got decent color on screen, it a good back up in a pinch and comparable to my surface first gen for speed (both run creative suite). All in all it's a decent computer, I just wish it had more ram pre-installed and it wasn't such a nightmare to add more (the entire computer has to be pulled apart).

I bought this computer for the price and the amount of memory and hard drive that it has. Seems to operate as expected so far

This Laptop is great for basic task. Fast enough after removed some unnecessary programs from Dell. Also. free antivirus for a year is a plus. Touch screen is a must for old eyes as mine. I didn't like its power connection that seems to be week for my test. No doubt that Dell still a great value

Dell i5 w 8GB RAM, 2TB, and touchscreen for $350? Can't beat that! Came on time, easy to setup (didn't setup Geek Squad's stuff as just trials). Would've like to have substituted a comparatively priced SSD to the 2TB SATA HD, but that's not an issue as can upgrade that easy enough at a later time.

Seems a little slow. I have several different email addresses, and I like to use google and Microsoft products. perhaps interface not up to speed. I'm not sure. easily workable Microsoft 10 with touch screen. I love tt and am finally able to actually go through all my emails and get organized.

This Laptop is all I was looking for Fast, 2 TB Hard Drive and a Touch Screen. Awesome. I highly recommend it for anyone.

Pros: Comparatively low price for the configuration (i5, 8Gb ram, touch screen, 2TB) Easy to setup/configure Cons: Bulky laptop in terms of weight and thickness. Probably 14 inch laptop with this configuration is better option.

Best bang for your buck.Got this for my college son on black friday & paid $359 for this Dell I5 8gb and 2 TB storage.

Great price on Thanksgiving sale. (Black Friday, but early) Seem solid so far. Been running so many updates has been running a bit slower than I expected just bring up explorer and such but think that will get better as I get everything updated. Keyboard is comfortable and works well.

If you don't mind the "plain Jane" appearance, this is quite a package. You can spend a lot more and not get a DVD drive, and what's with a 2 terabyte hard drive? Wow! The touch screen is the best way to navigate Windows 10, and the resolution is entirely adequate. The membrane (spill resistant) keyboard works very smoothly. The "multi finger" touch pad gives a lot of flexibility, and did I mention quite good stereo speakers? I almost want to keep this gem a secret.

Great price. Good computer. Fast and the touch screen is very responsive. My 12 year old used it with no problem.

Amazing memory and RAM, not a lot of options for I5 laptops under 500, but this laptop beats any in its category

For basic usage this laptop is more than enough, great CPU power, plenty of Storage, decent amount of RAM. you can use Office, surf the internet, watch movies. plenty of ports. only thing i didn't like was the touch pad, is really rough everything is great for the price
