I bought this laptop for my daughter and loaded it with Microsoft Office Plus and Adobe PDF. The setup was easy with great reactive touch screen and excellent wireless connectivity. She does a lot of research work that needs images, graphs, and pictures, hence the i5 processor, 2 TB hard-drive, 8GB RAM, DVDRW, USB ports, SD card reader plus 15.6 inch screen is perfect for her. This Dell laptop has been working great and she is very happy with it..

Does everything that I need it to do and fast! And I love that it is touch screen as well bonus feature.

This laptop has a respectable DualCore i5 that gets the job done for day to day tasks. I say this is a great home laptop because it is very heavy. I wouldn’t recommend this for students as it would result in back problems! Lots of storage with that 2tb hard drive.

It is the best price for a laptop with this configuration. The performance of the laptop is too good.

Big screen, did not have windows 10 pro... didn’t know there was more than on edition.... it came with home, had to buy pro and now need word and excel... another $100. Good computer just disappointed it didn’t have all the essentials I needed for my machine.

Great laptop for the price (black friday sale). It's fast and a touch screen which is pretty cool.

I like the touchscreen feature for this laptop. The specs on this laptop is also good - 2 TB , 8 GB, I5 core , etc . However, the only thing I don't like is that the laptop is still a little slow from all the apps that were pre-installed into this laptop.

So far using the laptop it is on the heavy side, but it does have a CD-Rom drive. For the price I pay it's ok, however, performance wise if you want a fast laptop this laptop is not for you. You get what you pay for an ok laptop for the average person.

I read the reviews and this laptop and some of he reviews made me a little skeptical about buying it.. After getting all the updates loaded it has done everything I need it to do. I have been very pleased with it and I would recommend it for the price.

paid less than $400, i think it is good.. I returned it without opening it because I need better performance laptop for design working. thought that it is 8th generation..my mistake. so..I don't know if it is really slow like others complained.

This computer performs much better with a solid state hard drive since that's where they seem to save the money the original Drive is very slow once I put a solid state in it it's very fast without a doubt worth $100 for a solid state hard drive
