Only complaint is that there can be a fairly longer than normal delay for some simple tasks. Just pulling up the settings sometimes takes 30 seconds or longer for some reason.

Dell's answers to clean the hard drive are comical. The laptop came out of the box slow. Post a solution by the end of the weekend or it will be returned on Monday.

Lots of preloaded stuff to uninstall and touchscreen seems a bit sluggish. Only 2.4 GZ wireless N installed which seems lacking at this point in time. Worth the price paid though $350.

Specs where good. Gave it 4 stars because i though it was a good lab top. She has not used it yet so i can't report on machine.
