I purchased this one on Black Friday deal and this is a great buy. Pretty good configuration for the price. Setup went smooth, everything was ready within minutes. Touch screen does a decent job. I wish the screen could have been little better.

It’s another computer, and it’s running well. It’s not as hard to set up. Other people complain about it, but you have to know what you’re doing when setting up your computers. I advise people to take time to ask questions and know the basics

I don't understand some of the bad reviews about this laptop. It is fast and works great. I don't do extreme gaming but that's not what it is for. I let it do all the updates from Microsoft and Dell it works great. Last 4 pc's I have had are Dell not counting the ones I had for work all lasted a long time and tough. Reason I stuck with them and bought this one over other brands. Just buy to fit you needs.

I got this laptop on Black Friday. It s good value for the i5 8gb ram and 2tb hard drive. However, dell pre-installed software slows down this pic. For the best result, I had to erase all pre-installed software and it really works well.

Bought it on sale and it does represent great value. It's not as quick as the specs would otherwise suggest but perfectly suitable for what I purchased it for. The build quality , especially around the touch pad seems flimsy though.

I got this product during a offcycle sale and i must say i am impressed with this product. The only downside i see is that the build quality of the product is not as expected. But i got this for my dad who would be using it gently.

Its got plenty of space. Also touch screen. Easy to use and includs dvd/cd drive.

A great laptop, especially it has 2TB HD, love it! In my opinion this is a great laptop. Did a lot of research and a lot of people complained that it ran very slow. There was A LOT of bloatware on this laptop. Delete all dell applications, and anything else you might not use it for. Took about 30 minutes and now this things is firing on all cylinders! Great for what I needed it for

This laptop is new but seems to work well and was easy to set up. The only problem was Windows updates took about 5 hours to complete when I first started it. Was frustrating because I had limited time to get it up and running.

This laptop is a great deal for the price, it’s hard to find one with this much RAM and this size of hard drive and also touch screen, I just wish the screen resolution could be higher but overall a great buy for Black Friday!
