I purchased this laptop for personal home use/back to school. I have very limited technology experience. It was designed to walk me through the process of getting setup and I was very thankful. After a couple weeks of using this laptop I truly could not be happier. This product fit my need and budget.

This machine is a solid machine easy to boot up to updates. The updates went smoothly and so far it boots in less than a minute. Great performance at a fantastic price!

I got both my sons this laptop and it’s a great entry level laptop. Don’t expect to play newer graphic intensive games but for everything else the laptop is great.

Great computer for the money like others have said has to remove additional software and it runs much better. pleased with purchase based on the price point.

I'm just getting going with it but so far so good. It's interesting getting used to having a keypad and a touch screen can't decide which one I want to use more.

I just received the laptop and so far it like it. It's to thin enough to make it not so heavy. The computer is 15in but the touch screen is a plus for that price

So far so good. Needed a sturdy laptop for new college student. Not please with the plastic "casing" but had to settle on this to meet price point. Was pleasantly surprised while checking out and was informed that price was $60 less than what already reduced price tag listed. I had shopped three different other stores / locations before finding this one. Price was Right AND item was in STOCK

Performance is very well and no issues in initial days , heard Dell gets slow after 2 yrs , but think in 2 yrs will purchase another one with new configuration.

Got it during Thanksgiving. So far it is nice with the price I paid. Have noticed that have lots of software running behind, would going to uninstall bloatware.

it is not that slow as other review. the cons of this lap is the keyboard doesn't have light below so difficult to use in dark area. but it is not a big problem

Now that I am no longer in college this computer is perfect for simple day to day use. I wouldn't trust it for any hardcore gaming but overall it is a good fit for emails, word processing, Rosetta Stone, etc. Got it during the Black Friday sale so it was a GREAT value for the price.

I love this laptop so far! I bought it as soon as the great price showed up online. $350 for a core i5 processor and a touch screen! Cant beat it. So far it has done what you would expect and I am able to use it to surf the web, and I plan to use it to do homework in the future.

This laptop has all up to date configurations which you would need in your new laptop. Excellent buy for the price. Would recommend this for sure.

Haven’t used it yet it’s a gift for Christmas for one of my kids but they can do their E learning days on it and play games they love like roblox.

Laptop was on sale for $300 so it is was a great price for a good computer. Bought for basic internet and home office stuff. Works fine for that.

This computer was purchased during Black Friday, so I received it for a great price. Out of the box, it was a bit sluggish. After removing the bloatware, the computer sped up quite a bit. I've been using the computer daily and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with my purchase, and prompt delivery. I am not familiar with Window 10, but thanks to many online sites I am fast becoming a believer. My only complaint is all the bloatware included, but I am slowly getting rid of it. All in all, a very nice computer.

Great laptop for college student! Good operating system with all the necessary functions for a student to work on. Not a computer for gaming.

Dell is usually good at Home Laptops. This one with an i5 & 8GB Memory is still a very good option for starters who wants the huge HDD Disk Space but at a reasonable price (we got this in Thanksgiving Deal for under 400$. 2TB is huge storage Space considering the middle range i5 Proc and 8GB RAM. Only disadvantage you might feel is this laptop might feel heavy and the 15.6" display will look as if this is a huge one :-). If this is going to be a Computer Desk at home well and good. Else you can go for a higher cost less weight ones.
