Got this for my parents. Seems to work well for them. Had to uninstall some of the preloaded Dell programs but after that works really well

Bought this for my Daughter. Nothing lacking in any way. Plenty of speed, HD space, memory, and a nice display. Keyboard feel is good. Best deal out there.

This computer is made of plastic, but the chassis feels pretty solid. I have owned another laptop of this design for another family member and it never saw any scratches or dents in 2 years. I bought this as a work laptop for my father, and it is very solid for the price. I upgraded him to an SSD, and I can say working inside this laptop is very hard. Many screws, and a clam-shell design and having to pry open the casing make it challenging and scary to work inside. Other than that small gripe, this is a solid computer.

This is 3rd laptop purchase from Best Buy for family in last 4 years. Always get the great deal on Thanks Giving or Christmas. No one was ever able to beat the best buy price on these 3 laptops. I am a Dell guy and returning customer for Dell products.

I have a family of 6 users and everyone agrees this is a great laptop. The touchscreen is a great added feature for my homeschoolers. And my gamers love the 8gb because the games dont "lag". Mom just likes to stream and surf so it is perfect for that.

Great laptop for price, a little slow booting up but a solid performer, get a mouse to go with it as touchpad not very responsive

I have been impressed with this laptop, when I read the reviews online prior to purchasing it I thought it would be slower then it is. It lags just a little at times but for what I use it for, just pays bills or surfing the web it is good.

I had an older version of this laptop. The newer version is much nicer in the fact that it is touch screen, more RAM, additional hard drive GB's and what I enjoy most is all the interfaces remained USB, video etc, also built in DVD drive.
