Great laptop for the price, a little slow but uninstall some of the preloaded stuff and it sped up. Can’t beat the price for the memory and hard drive.

I read reviews of this laptop before purchasing. Was concerned about comments regarding speed and bloatware. I got the laptop at a discounted price. Initial startup very slow. Once I deleted the McAfee software, the system performed as one would expect of its specs. The case is not the highest quality, but for a budget laptop, good value.

For the price and features, I would recommend this product.

Bloatware is too much. Get rid of it. Hardware cool though.

Works well for basic use. Serves the purpose for the price.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. On Black Friday a Dell Computer was discounted and that was my original purchase. It did not work properly and I brought it back in. They looked at it and "fixed" it. I had the same problem again 4 days later. I went back to the store and they were great. Found a comparable computer and traded for the defective Dell. They transferred the maintenance/hardware services I had also purchased. I was very pleased with their efficiency and consideration. Very pleased with the new HP computer that was substituted.

I have to upgrade my laptop to Window 10 so I can do taxes since I was told that my Vista is not supported starting this year. I bought my Vista PC from Best Buy and I took it 3 tours to Iraq and 2 tours to Afghanistan and it still running great. On the new laptop, So far I still try to get use to all the new features of windows 10 and I have not run into any problem yet. This is my 3rd laptops I bought from Best Buy and I'm very happy with it. The on-line process were great and save me a lot of times from rushing to the store on Black Friday sales events.

For the price and what you’re getting, this is nice. The touch screen is accurate and it offers a lot of space to have fun and get things done with.

Easy to configure, and set up on the network. The touchpad is a little difficult, because it seems too sensitive. Other than that, a great product.

I ordered a Dell laptop online during Black Friday. The laptop is good and is exactly what I was looking for. The doorbuster online deal was great.

Very solid specs, really a great value choice for a basic student laptop. The touchscreen is a great bonus and was unexpected at this price point.
