This is the first desktop I've purchased in a dozen years; learned in process that they have weaker WiFi signals than laptops. That's caused some problems. Am determined to learn to handle pix better, but find MS Photos to be a pain -- it may work very well, but there are no instructions to get one from here to there.

I have a lot to learn about my new computer. I love the touch screen and am having fun with learning all the new and different features.

I was weary due to the posts regarding the speed of this pc, but I'm glad I got this, and at an amazing price! Be sure to switch from MS Explorer to Google Chrome, and you'll notice your internet speed increase. I don't know what it is with Explorer, but it runs extremely slow on this pc. I like Chrome better anyway.

Big hard drive, lots of ram, and Intel I-5 processor. Was offered a free consultation with Geek Squad on how to set up and get the most out of my new computer. I'm glad I took them up on it. These guys know a lot This is why I like buying at best buy. You get answers to all your questions from a knowledgeable person.

Dell is a reputable product. I'm using Dell PC at work so I bought this model because it's fast and great even you have more open apps.

I bought this because my older dell took forever to load a page . This new one was east too use . I’m not too computer savvy . I like that I could also touch screen . I worked from this with ease . I was able to upload pictures from my camera easy for social media . Thanks again for such a great product

I have an inspiron from work (2016); this version is lighter, sleeker, more than twice the RAM and storage space. Happy buy thus far.

My son loves this touch laptop. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but didn't work out that way. He uses it for everything.

Nice size computer. Love the keyboard, great view ability for us hunt and peck typists. Storage is huge which was a big deal to me.

The laptop is great as a work driver and a divice to us as a secondary pc. But it came with a few flaws in the seem the hard drive came in very fragmented wich took me 2 days to defrag it. But besides that everything was great it booots real quick and has great sound so nothing else really to complain about.

I like this computer overall, it replaced an earlier version inspirion15, however I do wish they would have left the right and left click buttons standing proud of the mouse touch pad,this version dose cause me some problems keeping the cusor where I want it while trying to find the button I want to clickon

I bought it as thanksgiving deal price, this was simply the best value for money laptop of thanksgiving 2017. A core I5 with 8GB RAM and 2TB hard disk is the specs everybody wants to have, but at price of 360$ was a steal, and being touchscreen laptop it was just better than any other laptop at this price. I recommend this to everybody.

I bought this very good price and more memory than the other. recommend to buy extra warranty. The screen is very easy to break.

My daughter loves this. It has plenty of storage for schoolwork, games, and all of the pics of her and her friends. It's great!

This is a "good" Dell Laptop and it gets the job done. It's not very robust. I purchased this because it was an open box item and was decently discounted, but still a bit more for what it offers compared to other current items on the market.
