It is plenty fast, has a ton of memory, an can multitask well. The only small problem i had was the picture quality could have been a little better, but all around a good laptop

I started laptop and it seemd to be making some HDD noise (not sure it is normal for 2TB HDD or just this piece). I am going to monitor for few more days. Otherwise overall I am satisfied.

Unfortunately, it needed updates immediately, and those weren't user-friendly. It isn't as easy to use as our last one, so I'm hoping that it gets better with time... and effort.
