This is my first laptop, I have always had desktop computers in the past. I really like it. It seems so much faster than my desktop. And it is portable unlike my desktop.

Keyboard is shifted too far left to make room for the 10 key setup. and I think the plastic case feels cheap and not very sturdy.

I purchased this item during the Black Friday sale and got it at a great price. It is however on the slower side so I will have to figure out that part. Great buy though.

Reasonable deal with a good price range and Dell laptop is one of the best options.I like it.I did not still open my package yet

got it during the BF for 350. i did read about it getting slow for other customers. but i just installed a fresh copy of windows 10 and everything was golden. no lags. no crashes. all good!!!

Like the performance and handling of regular activities, not a gaming computer. Bit heavy

Nice laptop for my niece who is 12 years old. I wanted something not so expensive yet good with speed to help her with her programming project n all. Till date, its awesome n she loves it.

The product seems to be good over all at the price of $360 other than the fact that I got an error message twice that the charger is not compatible.. I don’t know why?

I got this computer on sale, and for the price & specs it was a great deal. The size of the screen is perfect for me, and it's not too bulky or heavy. It also runs efficiently and quickly.

I buy every time from best but recently i buy 3 laptop and 1 i pad for family and they give me good deal and better price.... all crew members also helping me and give there best....i only prefer to purchase things bestbuy and one more they do price match so u not need to go other place to buy.....

Its a nice home laptop, We use it only as a home laptop. Its nice and cheap. It also has huge storage. Not a lot of laptops in this range with similar configurations.

The computer is slow on the first turn on. After all set ups are done it get faster however is not the faster computer available. It is a good computer for the price.

Great replacement for my old desktop. Speed is good and love the touch screen also.

I got this laptop for my kids and they love it already. One thing is hate is Windows 10 which is slow sometimes though which is not a laptop issue anyway but OS.

I purchased this laptop as opened box for $525 including taxes. The laptop's performance is good if you want to render high quality videos in adobe after effects and adobe premiere.

I believe this will be an excellent laptop for what I use it for (surfing the web, work, email, etc.) It is a Christmas present so I haven't used it yet but we have an older one just like it except his one has more memory, etc. I wanted this one for the numeric keypad on the right side.

Overall an average product by dell , laptop is bit slow on processing and I got this laptop in deal with a good price margin , not a extreme user of this laptop, ok for basic activities , easy to use as it has a touch screen display , not a great product but fine against the price I got and serves my purpose.

I have researched internet looking for a basic well reviewed laptop that was not going bust my budget. I kept finding the Dell 15" laptops were the best choice for my needs. Really made my decision final when I stopped @ local Best Buy & found this on sale. Very happy with my choice.

At this time is too early to review this item due to I will need to accomplish multiple task to find of this is what I was looking for due to the work I do
