Posted .Hi Ajay, we hate to read that the configs have been too high for you. Please follow these steps - Confirm that a power cable is connected to the monitor and a power outlet.
Monitors do not receive power through the video signal cable, but instead, need their own power connection.
Ensure the video cable is connected to the correct video source.
Laptop Computers: In Dell laptop computers all the video connectors use the same video card and additional video cards cannot be installed on the computer.
Desktop Computers: Look at the back of the computer to check for any installed add-in video cards. Usually, integrated video cards are automatically disabled when an add-in video card is installed.

This computer (Dell Inspiron) has a web cam, a much more powerful processor, more memory, etc. It runs circles around all my other computers. I think this will last at least 9 years.

Daughter's laptop

From my observations it appears to be responsive and handles anything she has thrown at it. The touchscreen is a nice and this was the cheapest laptop I could find that had a touchscreen and i5 processor. Feel good about this purchase.

Needed an upgrade from my last laptop and this really has the space, battery and quality my last one lacked.
