Computer is not as "zippy" as I would like, but adequate. So far the Best Buy experience seems good.

So far this laptop has served us well, although it has only been a few days since we have had fully loaded with all of our software. I appreciate they were willing to set it up despite us getting it on line.

After deleting all unwanted programs, antivirus, etc and loading my own Antivirus with PC Tuneup, letting all Windows and Driver updates finish, it works excellent. Bought it for my stepson and he loves it!

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter for Christmas. Great product for her to manage emails, view and produce you tube videos and to play video games. It will also be of great use for her school work.

This is the laptop for the person that needs memory, a touch screen and doesn't want the heated lap as you work.

I use this computer for mixing music, internet, social media and some light games. Does not have enough power for most Xbox cross platform games, but that's why I have an Xbox. Overall I'm happy with it.
