I bought this Dell laptop before Black Friday and thought I got great deal, after I jumped in and ordered it, I started to read reviews. I surprised it wasn't pretty about the speed, since I am not a computer genius I have to return it. One advice to Dell is, don't installed whole bunch of garbage that most people don't need it to slow down the speed.

Bought on Black Friday sale. Great price, middle of the road performance. While not slow, it doesn't open application as fast as more expensive pc's & the keyboard feels a bit cheap compared to my higher end Lenovo. Totally sufficient for email & web surfing, but I would not recommend for power users. Recommendation is dependent upon price & use case.

Decent for the price. Takes a lot of realestate on any tabletop.

I bought a few of these for an office upgrade. I started doing a clean windows install. That gets rid of a lot of the junk. Plus bitlocker works with this one. Nice. Trusted platform 2.0 loads right up.

Best hardware for the price. It has all the bells and whistles.

I ordered this unit as a Black Friday deal ant it arrived super quick. Laptop has a great feel. Touchscreen is responsive. The keys are sensitive. Battery life is excellent. Very easy to setup and use.

For a student to work on different softwares and programming languages, this is an ideal laptop.

its my first laptop. all feature are good, but its screen is very very sensitive, its very soft.

Computer specs are impressive on paper for the price. But it performs a bit slower than expected

Overall, this laptop will do what i need it to do, but it seems to be a little slow, even a little awkward. However, it wasn’t enough to take the time and hassle of returning it. Love all the storage and the touch screen.

Very fast computer for the price. Great memory size of 2tb, giving me lots of space to house items. Windows 10 is very easy to understand and use, cortana helps you to easy run thru the setup process.

So for this laptop is meeting my expectations. I'm not a big fan of Windows 10 but I'll get used to it. I don't like being steered toward setting up a Microsoft account. Too much invasion of privacy.

If I was needing a real fancy computer with all the bells and whistles, no, this computer is not it. But all I needed was a basic laptop on which to work and surf, and this computer fits the bill.
