Never actually used system, just set up. Spent 6 hours on phone with Dell trying to fix. Had to wipe clean and re-install entire OS. Dell tech said this happens and was nothing I created. Most unhappy. Going to try again and if it occurs, it IS going back to Best Buy. Did not expect issues with NEW laptop. Owned several Dells and never had this experience. Dell rep was helpful but extremely hard to understand (in India).
