    Laptops seems to be working fine as expected. Bought it with Windows 8.1 and during initial setup , it asked for a free upgrade to windows 10(save some 50$, buying this version and updating on my own, rather than buying a 50$ costlier version with Windows 10).

    I was loving my new computer - I had finished setting it up, downloaded updates, personalized it, etc. But after 2 weeks it made a horrible sound when I was logging off, and it was the hard drive basically flying apart within the machine. Best Buy exchanged it for a new one with no hassles, and hopefully this one will be ok. My husband and mother-in-law have the same one and theirs is fine. I do love the way it looks!

    like the laptop just don't like the fact the keyboard reset on your lap :( use this for my scrapbooking and like the fact i can now draw in my programs with a bigger screen.
