The first time I bought this laptop, it wouldn't turn on because the power button was defective. I didn't think too much into it and I went and got it replaced. Now after a month, the same issue popped up again. The power button isn't working and bestbuy's saying they can't do anything about it? You'd figure that they cared about their customers. Don't buy this laptop, there are many other, better options. Don't make the same mistake I did, because you'll be left with a new laptop that you can no longer use and bestbuy will be left with the $$$ that you spent and will not give a care for what happens.

This is a solid computer with excellent capacity and capabilty. It has all the features I was looking for at a reasonable price.

The laptop works great. I haven't had any issues at the time. It is easy to navigate.

Let me start off by saying that in general, I really love this laptop. It is the perfect portable weight, the screen is just the right size, I love the flexibility of the 2-in-1. The backlit keyboard is great - I generally prefer to have a number pad, but I will just purchase a USB one from Amazon, no big deal. However, something I took into consideration when buying this was the option to upgrade the RAM if I wanted to. Since buying, opening and reading the manual for this laptop, I have realized that although Best Buy's specification list says that this has 2 memory slots, the actuality is that this model only has 1 memory slot, which means no possibility of upgrading to 12 or 16GB of RAM. Needless to say, I'm fairly disappointed, as this was one of the things that swayed me to purchase this particular laptop.

I bought an open box and the manage sold it to me super cheap. she took off an extra $150 because i was asking a lot of questions, for example why they previously returned it. They said they couldn't tell me because they send off that info to idk where. Well i bought it, trusting them. The first day i took it home the wifi wouldn't connect to my home but would at school. i had to enable and disable the wifi to get it to work at home, but then it wouldn't go to school. It also wouldn't read any networks, including my neighbors. Went to geek squad probably 7 times and each time they said they could't help me because it was working fine with them. so stupid. it was probably the wifi card. had to return it. loved the performance when it did work, but a laptop is useless without wifi, especially if you're going to school.
