The laptop's power, speed, and accessibility are great, but the vent on the bottom is not nearly enough to properly vent the laptop.

This was the most disappointing computer I've ever bought. Yes, the specs are great. But for some reason it doesn't live up to them. It's slow, takes forever to start up, programs take forever to open and sometimes it will have fits where everything moves at a snails pace. I've used this computer every day for about 6 months and it's only getting worse. The WiFi adapter is intermittent and I've had to contact dell to get it fixed. I'm writing this review today because I just found out the charger is broken and not charging the battery. (The 7-8 hour battery life was the only thing going for this computer). To me, this is way too many issues for a semi-expensive computer after only 6 months. Next time I won't buy a dell.

Three repairs within three months of usage. After the last repair, the HD still works making some noise. I'd never buy Dell again.

As a full-time student, this is the exact laptop I needed. Great buy!!!

This computer is fantastic. It's easy to use, easy to learn. Perfect!

Biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. first day doing windows updates crashed and had to be recovered. screen flashes from dim to bright to dim. battery disappears shuts off says critical level plug back in and says battery is at 92%. with out a doubt going back to best buy. I would not expect this from a 500.00 computer not to mention a 900.00 one.

I returned this laptop after only 10 days from purchasing it, from the first day it kept freezing, and restarting by itself after a blue screen appears, it gets very hot so u can't touch it from the down part, really it is very bad product.

We like Dell products, but I'm bummed this 2-in-1 went black the moment my daughter went to fold the screen back to use as a tablet. Need to return it. Won't boot up.

I received this, but I was disappointed about this laptop. It had backlight bleed, I have to exchange another one. Overall, it is a good machine except the monitor.

Purchased this Dell in January. Has been working 1 of 6 months. Geek Squad has been great. They have tried to fix and has been back to Dell twice. They just received from Dell again and still problems. Will wait to see if they get repaired. At this point just want credit, new or refund. Again Geek Squad has been great
