    First of all for the price this machine has it all. Touchscreen for ease of use. Dedicated video card for moderate gaming and videos. Decent processor, and expandable ram and harddrive options. The only downside is no DVD player

    The system is slow and always takes about 5-8s to response to a general left click. What's even worse is the hard drive broke down twice in a row within three months. For the second time, Bestbuy Geeksquard was even tired of helping us ship the product to Dell for repair and told us to contact Dell ourselves. We ended up making hours of call to get the laptop back to work again. Worst laptop experience ever!
