Low microphone sound

When I have video meetings nobody hear my voice I am having problem . I wrote to dell support nobody replied yet. if they do not contact with me until Monday I will return it . so frustrating

I purchased this laptop as an open box item (satisfactory condition).It came with just the charger and no documentation. The laptop was in a good condition But the Software problem after few months (freezing touchpad and hang it). Contact with Dell Customer service, they did diagnostic my laptop but still same problem after they said me this is software problem. but we charged you. my laptop still in one year warranty. No one help me. I will recommended don't buy Dell. they don't help when you need it.
