I bought a laptop a year and a half ago, I was furious when it literally DIED! It was an HP and I rarely used it because it was to heavy. It was used to load pictures from my phone & camera. So with that said, I bought this DeLL and I love it!!! Would highly recommend!!!

My wife uses it to work from home. She says it is very fast and does all she needs for work. We thought it would be a personal computer, but our old computer bit the dust. We wish their were more USB ports, but we bought an extender that meets our needs. So far, so good!!

Had to return it because the description is incorrect saying that it has an Ethernet card

I like the SSD speed and display. I am having problems with the speaker/headset not working after I mute it on Facebook. I have to reboot to reset it...

I needed a new laptop for work and this computer is a good value. Super easy to set up, walks you through the steps. I was up and working in no time. The battery life seems good but haven't really tested it yet. Very satisfied with my purchase. PF

This Dell laptop is smaller and lighter that the HP Envy - which I also own - with the same screen size. It is an excellent laptop if you work from home and also need to take with you on the road. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I had high hopes for this laptop, and usually it works pretty well, but a few issues have made owning it pretty annoying. One: the touchpad starts lagging whenever I'm using a lot of memory. I'm used to the software or internet lagging, but the hardware? I expect the touchpad to be able to work at all times, and it doesn't. Two: The display gets flickery and glitchy every now and then, usually when I'm in a video call, but it can happen any time. It seems to happen when I'm using more memory. Again, I'd expect the software or the browser to be slower, but I expect the hardware not to glitch out when I'm using more memory. Three: It refuses to go into sleep mode when I close the lid. I switched to hibernation mode, and that works better, but there are still times that no matter how much I open and close the lid (or manually click "hibernate"), it will not do it, and I have to just shut it down. Four: I've reached out to Dell for repairs, but the part ordering and repair scheduling process is so long and annoying that I ended up canceling my request. Next time I buy a laptop, I'm getting an HP.

So far, so good after about a week using this computer. Only complaint is that the touchpad is difficult to push (click) down.

This is the first laptop Ive purchased in some time. This one feels sturdy, textures are nice. I like the backlit keyboard. It boots fast (but then again it is new) and is very quiet so far. No loud fan noises.

Bought the laptop for my wife and she simply loves it. Great machine with good performance. Only issue faced so far is frequent WiFi disconnect which she has faced and apart from that simply amazing laptop...

the best buy employee really helped me decide on what computer to purchase based on my work and personal useage. decided on the dell 7500 2n1 15 inch because it has the features I need at an affordable price.

Is a better, ramped up version of my old Dell. Runs very smoothly, can easily play games on it, and get my work done. Love how I can put it into tablet mode. Very compact and easy to carry around.

this laptop is super useful for productivity fast for researching and good for adobe illustrate and Photoshop (what i use). this laptop's screen is also really good to watch videos and Netflix on.

I like every feature except the keyboard. The keyboard buttons are very hard to see in the darkness,.

This laptop is able to handle multiple tasks quickly. However, the keyboard letters are difficult to see.

Needed a computer for work. Price just right. Easy to use. User friendly. Could of gone cheaper but would of had less gig. Needed more for storage. Worth the extra $$. Highly recommend.

I don’t remember the Microsoft set up pop ups every time I turned on the computer with my old Dell. It’s a little annoying and I now have to spend the time finding out how to stop them.

Purchased this for staff working from home due to Covid, it exceeded expectations for Office work

Camera isn't the best but the computer has alot of good specs.
