For some reason the microphone was not working correctly, despite me submitting this as a new laptop setup Geek Squad ticket. After I brought the new laptop home 3 days later, I had to spend ~ 2 hours "on line" with remote Geek Squad only to be told to take back to store for diagnositics. When I brought it back to the store (I had an appointment) 1.5 hours later they were unable to diagnosis the issue. I was told it needed to be sent back for repairs - which would take upwards of 2+ weeks! This was brand new and I only had it for 3 days! So I returned it and exchanged for a different laptop. It had potential - however with the microphone issue this was a deal breaker. Not able to do Zoom meetings, etc.
