    Purchased this laptop at the Best Buy Outlet in San Antonio. The sales staff was extremely helpful and found me even more discount price than the online posted discount price. I will continue to shop the Outlet Store when purchasing electronics or appliances.

    So far so good, I like my Dell computer. When I got home I realized that they had not included my power cord and I had to return to Best buys. I was disappointed that they did not download everything from my old computer, just my files

    I use this with dock and two additional monitors. Snce this is more portable than my last laptop, I've been using all around the house. Touchscreen is very responsive. The fingerprint reader was a happy surprise and read fast. Mine did come packaged with a pen, also a nice surprise since it was not listed in specs.
