I love the graphics and size, but it is kind of heavy, so that’s something to consider when making this purchase.

It worked exactly as expected. I was trying to work while visiting my sister going through chemotherapy and I needed an upgrade to be able to work both of my screens.

Happy with the touch screen, the laptop works like a new computer

An amazing 2 in 1 that is perfect for work use with one massive missing piece. Windows hello facial recognition. So painful and so sad for this laptop not to have it. The other dell i bought with 16gb same body type had it and has been a god send for using a laptop with a portable screen and a seperate keyboard and mouse. Now i have to type the password everytime and its a nuisance. (Because the fingerprint reader is flipped down in screen only mode when working with a full size keyboard and mouse. HDMI 1.4 is a joke as well. Dell you almost made the best 2 in 1 laptop ever….

This computer is VERY NICE, I like how fast it goes, and how I'm able to access whatever I need.

Good performance but as I open many programs together it became laze. I should shutdown some time. If you work with hard softwares maybe can be a limited equipment.

I'm still working to set it up. A lot of tutoring is needed as it's not quite as seamless a transition from the Dell and internet, etc that I had at work. I also need to get a printer that can easily be set up with the Dell. Reviews of printers have reported some are not adaptable to Dell, and setup is cumbersome . I have an iPhone and it's not doing well w the Dell.

Worth the price. Although there are some initial functionality issues, it could be determined further down the road that it might be more due to user error (for context, I'm a previous Mac user attempting to convert to Windows). It is a little clunky, and the Best Buy people weren't so savvy on the ins and outs when I was comparing this to similar laptops. However, this one is relatively functional for the basics I need it for. The 16" screen is awesome and makes my old laptop seem tiny.

Old laptop stopped working and the sales associate recommended this model based on my old laptop. The resolution is great. Easy to use.

I really enjoy the graphics and the speed of the computer. The system opens up well and has great response times. Using this for remote assistance for my customers has made a big difference in my business.

Excellent product it is. By chance i chose this laptop but it proves more worthy then it is supposed to be. I am very glad to have this product. Certainly i will recommend this too to everyone

Laptop is much faster and very user friendly. Like the switch off on camera feature and the touch screen.

I had my old trusty Dell 19” and never had an issue with it. I had to get a laptop computer that is easy to transport, and will always trust Dell and the great service I had with Best Buy!
