My Dell computer

When I got home I realized that they had not included my power cord and I had to return to Best buys. I was disappointed that they did not download everything from my old computer, just my files

Had to make an appointment to bring it into the Geek Squad

Good for multitasking

Snce this is more portable than my last laptop, I've been using all around the house. Touchscreen is very responsive. The fingerprint reader was a happy surprise and read fast. Mine did come packaged with a pen, also a nice surprise since it was not listed in specs.

Dell 16" laptop

The sales staff was extremely helpful and found me even more discount price than the online posted discount price. I will continue to shop the Outlet Store when purchasing electronics or appliances.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

Sales associate was very patient and helpful, walking her through the features and specs. We added the dock which gave her easy multi-monitor capability and additional ports. Had it two weeks and everything is great so far.
