    I like the computer as for the price it is quite powerful. But sometimes it will randomly freeze and I need to hold down the power key to reboot it. Sometimes it won't boot for ~5 minutes and gives a boot failure blue screen. Also sometimes it randomly goes into tablet mode and the only way to fix it is by rebooting the laptop. None of these are fatal glitches but still quite annoying.

    Nice PC with improved UI. The previous model had the camera below the screen which did not work well. This model corrected the issue and the quality of the image also improved.

    I purchased this laptop refurbished in Feb ‘25 and today I tried to use it and it won’t turn on. No power. Best Buy suspects it’s a bad motherboard and they have to send it off for repair and it could take 4-5 weeks to repair. Refurbished items are supposed to be in “like new” condition, but I’m concerned there was something wrong with it when I originally purchased it. It’s very frustrating.
