    I was torn between choosing a Lenovo laptop and the Dell as I purchased a Dell prior and is a reliable desktop that I still have, however I am not so happy with this laptop. I overlooked that this keyboard is not really updated in my opinion, not that user friendly, wish I had chose the Lenovo

    The laptop is fine while it lasted. Even with minimal to moderate usage and not even taking it out of the house, (meaning kept on a table most of the time), one fine day the laptop did not come up. Nothing on the screen. Zilch!! .. Tried to follow some online stuff to battery reset or hard reset & boot. Nothing worked. Finally took it to Geek Squad (in Best Buy). While they could not make it work, they did send it to Dell who put in a new motherboard. So THANK YOU to Geek Squad & Best Buy. But Dell .. not so sure now

    Decent laptop for what it is. The screen was somewhat grainy and that was the main reason for returning the laptop. Other than that, solid price for the hardware.
