Slow to open and respond.

Thought I was getting a much better computer then my 12 year old ASUS. It is not. I figured with widows 11 and newer technology this computer would outperform my old ASUS but fails terribly

Worst Laptop

Trash! DO NOT BUY

Had a 1 year warranty with dell, they refused to replace or give new parts to fix. Ongoing issue with defect which dell refuse to acknowledge.

Motherboard Fried after 3 months

Dell is going to repair but the hard drive will be formatted, all data lost, and will be replaced with the same mother board so this computer is complete garbage. Research the problem, steady orange light. Hundreds of comments by other victims of Dell. $1K+ lost.

Horrible Experience

It is being returned to the manufacturer and will be gone about 3 weeks. All we wanted was an exchange. After being Best Buy customers for years will never shop there again. If we could give negative stars we would!

A month later the battery died

A month later the battery died, I went into the bios and it turns out it had been changed a month ago. They are scammers. Be careful!

Just okay

Although it comes with 32gb ram and the ultra 7 processor, the laptop slows down under moderate load, suffering from thermal throttling and other heating issues. When installing a program or playing a game the fan gets very loud and becomes distracting. Also, don’t expect any games to run well. Other than that, it stays silent when performing simple tasks and build quality is decent, but it is very heavy.
