Good laptop, serves its purpose of mapping during searches

Good performance but as I open many programs together it became laze. I should shutdown some time. If you work with hard softwares maybe can be a limited equipment.

This is one of the best laptops I have ever purchased. It does everything I could possibly want or need. I especially love the touch screen and the back light on the keys.

The employees may me feel very comfortable n the staff is very friendly n nice 5 stars I will come back.

Very pleased with the computer and the Geek Squad help in setting it up.

Laptop works perfectly fine. It’s light and performs smooth. The charger didn’t work but it got replaced by best buy

I really enjoy the graphics and the speed of the computer. The system opens up well and has great response times. Using this for remote assistance for my customers has made a big difference in my business.

So far Loving it. Ordered on line and picked up. Process was good. No problems. Set it up with little trouble. Computer is fast. Set up a new printer and internet easily.

I'm still working to set it up. A lot of tutoring is needed as it's not quite as seamless a transition from the Dell and internet, etc that I had at work. I also need to get a printer that can easily be set up with the Dell. Reviews of printers have reported some are not adaptable to Dell, and setup is cumbersome . I have an iPhone and it's not doing well w the Dell.

The touchscreen works beautifully, the battery life is enough to get through a day of class work and an evening of gaming, it’s an incredibly sleek and powerful computer.

I had my old trusty Dell 19” and never had an issue with it. I had to get a laptop computer that is easy to transport, and will always trust Dell and the great service I had with Best Buy!

Great laptop, big 2.5k screen resolution, 32gb ram, and I like the color of my laptop. However, it heats pretty fast on simple tasks such as browsing or streaming. So if i watch movies on my lap, it gets hot pretty fast.

It’s been working out just fine. So nice to be updated!

I love my new Dell Inspiron 16! It meets all my needs and works great! I love the larger screen and the touch display. I highly recommend this Dell laptop!

It black screened on me and my computer guy got it up and running again. He thought it was basically that it needed to run some updates. But this laptop runs very hot so I have since put it on a cooling stand, hoping to prevent damage. UGH!

Great laptop! I was looking for something for work that can run multiple programs and applications such as autocad and bluebeam and this does the job!
