I like my computer especially the touch screen. I bought a Dell computer because I had one before and I like the newer version I purchased. Its pretty fast, battery life is long. So overall I think I made a great investment.

All features work as advertised. Pros- lighted keyboard. Fairly quick startup Cons- No number key pad, not enough USB, HDMI ports to support monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Love this laptop, it is great for at home work, it is living up to what I was told when I ordered this. The tech on the phone was tight on the money, and getting it set up by the store was great too.

So far I am very happy with my new Dell Inspiron 16" laptop! So many options to explore and the screen/resolution/graphics are great. Wonderful for meetings, zoom, and personal use. Best Buy Sales folks were wonderful at the Belmar store in Lakewood, Colorado! And the Geek Squad is always a huge help. Thank you

This was purchased to replace a desktop computer. The BB sales person reviewed the features and recommended this computer based upon our needs. Specifically, the unit is used for home, email, record keeping, shopping and finance. The processor is very fast, the screen resolution is excellent and the response time is very good.

the computer works great My old computer was slow and the optics were bad. I got a bigger screen which is nice My old computer was also a Dell which lasted for years I hope this new Dell will do the same.

Bernie in the "Geek Squad" gave me some suggestions and Jason in Computers helped me to match my needs to a computer (that was on sale). It is an excellent computer. In addition, I enrolled in the yearly membership and have been attending scheduled personal tutoring with Bernie and he is an excellent teacher and experienced technician. Great product for me and even better personal attention.
