    Nice machine but I thought I was getting a computer with a wide screen. This one does not. I am not sure I would ever purchase a computer over the phone using a Best Buy Computer Expert.

    I am 83 years old & I needed a new tv. Called Best Buy & they delivered & set it up for me. So easy without any problems. A very nice gentleman showed me how it all works. Very friendly & professional. I will always shop at Best Buy.

    No problems thus far. Very glad to get good price in updating to Windows 11. Getting used to a new keyboard which is slightly different from spacing on previous Dell. So far only issue seems to be occasional difficulty connecting to some website.
