    I would say overall, this was a good experience but the hard drive fried before two years. I don’t even know why. I tried taking good care of it so to me spending almost $1000 on a laptop and it doesn’t even lasting two years. This product only gets three stars.

    So I got this thing and after setting up my accounts and everything the fingerprint scanner didn’t work and I have been locked out of it ever since I can’t get it to do anything at all after having it for like 3 days I tried to contact support for the item and no one has been able to tell me anything to get it to work so I basically just got me an 800 paper weight,, well I goes my boyfriend got me an 800 paper weight..
