I like watching video with the computer and can send emails.

There are too many Items on this computer I will never use which distract when I try to find what I do use. Also, Windows 10 has many problems which should have been worked out before it was given to the public.

Right out of the box I got an error message, CMOS checksum error. (Stupid on my part for not immediately returning the computer). I Restarted the computer and the error was gone. 15 minutes later, I was unable to load webroot. I got a message stating due to possible malware unable to install, however, the computer had never been connected to the internet. Geek squad support successfully loaded webroot remotely but didn't know what the error was that I got on first power up. 2 weeks later the computer continuously restarts. Taking it to be checked out tomorrow. Hopefully, it can be fixed!

My wife is using it and it is terribly slow. It took more than 1 minute to start up.

The computer itself is fine but we even did an exchange and the second one even didn't work and was having issues

Keeps putting itself to sleep and then doesn't turn back on after trying to move around the mouse or tap on the keyboard. Can't return pass the thirty days... mistake to buy

All in One PC was slow from the beginning. I had to return to the store 3 weeks after purchase due to a bad hard drive.

I had the computer for less than a month it littlerally shut down to update and never came back on.

Returned it as it does not meet our expectations we bought a desk top instead

Dell failed to work right would not tell people that a Dell is worth buying.

This item was an open box and power cord was missing.

Nothing but problems . I am sorry I ever went there.

Operating system is very slow right out if the box

while this computer maybe a good price, that is about it, first of all, it does not come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, while the computer has a touch screen, that is easy to use. set up was also not that bad. now the speed, the speed of this computer is very slow, i thought by adding more ram, at a cost of $91.00 from dell would speed it up at least a little, but to my surprise, it's still slow as when i only had 4 gb even though i upgraded to 8, i have has this computer for a month now, and for the most part it is a good computer, other then the speed, so if you just want a computer and don't care about speed, buy this, how ever if you want a fast computer, do not buy the one! i has a acer computer before this one and it was much faster then this one, as of now, i am very disappointed in the reviews and the computer itself!

I've been using this computer for 3 days now. I have no complains. Yeah sure when I set up this computer for first time, Windows 10 did a LOT of updates, and I mean a lot...! And because of those updates, this Dell was a little slow at first. Which is ok, it is normal, windows 10 did a big update! BUT WHEN all those updates downloaded, this baby became so fast. So, don't listen other reviewer, some people just don't understand windows, updates, speed, internet, etc.

I needed a new computer to replace my 7 year old laptop that was starting to lag. I was looking for something convenient with space. I didn't need anything too fast cause I don't do any gaming, mostly used for storing pictures and music, surfing the web. Since I currently own a tablet, I wasn't looking to get another laptop. I bought this computer cause the price was good for what I wanted. While the computer did start off a little slow, I have not had any issues since it finished taking all the updates for Windows 10. Word of warning, there are a lot of updates.

I purchased this back in January and I was not happy with how slow it was, but with updates it did speed it up somewhat though I'm never able to have more than two programs open at a time or everything blacks out or locks up, including the mouse. Today I go to install my accounting software and I discover that this computer does not have a fast enough processor to accommodate the software. This is not good, but I'm outside of the window to return it. I contacted Dell to see about changing it for something I can use and they would only give me $60 even though I paid $500 less than two months ago. So, I can upgrade it hopefully but that is going to cost me an extra $300 to do so. If you are looking for a cheap computer and don't do anything more than surf the internet and check your e-mails, this isn't a bad computer to have. I personally love the touch screen. But if you use multiple programs like any Microsoft programs, or Adobe, or Accounting software, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a computer that already has a better processor.

I got this in 2017 for my children and it still works great!

I bought this computer for my 77 year old mom. The touchscreen ability makes it easy for her to use and navigate.

This computer is awful! It is unbelievably slow it's almost impossible to have patience with it. There wasn't any reviews on it when I bought it but best buy did not have the dell computer I had originally went to the store for so I got this one and I have it for about 7 hours and I'm considering taking it back tomorrow.
