Would not connect to the internet.

I set it up, and it connected to the internet momentarily then lost the connection and wouldn't reconnect. I returned the computer, purchased a new one, and the same exact thing happened. It was clearly a software issue as the error message indicated what it was. It was not an error that could be fixed by me or the Geek Squad.

Very easy tonise

I was very nervous about getting a new one. This Dell was easy to set up and is easy to work on. As a teacher, I am on my computer at home quite a bit. I love this one

Nice Machine if You Have Good Eyes

Even our teens thought it was too small. We took it back and got the 13" version and absolutely love it. Depending on your eyes and use, it may be perfect for you.

Fast, light, and cheap.

It is plastic so it flexes if you force it, but during regular typical use it is more than sturdy. Basically, don't try to bend or break it and you won't.
