Dell has out done themselves with this laptop/tablet! I reviewed this for a while and am very very happy with this!! I was looking for a laptop and wanted a tablet and this was the best of both worlds!!

Fantastic computer with high performance and service

I bought this, expecting it to work well.. the store display was great, but upon starting this Dell, the wireless card functioned for all of 4 minutes, then died. NOT worth the money or time to take it back, but I did, and went back the next day to choose a different computer.

I have to constantly update drivers for video and network.

I love the fact that it's 2 in 1, having the convenience of a tablet on hand is great. But I love the convenience of a keyboard on the computer

Great computer that came exactly as advertised. Has all the necessary bells and whistles for everyday use. The Best Buy staff had the knowledge to assist us in getting exactly what we needed.

Great gift but I had to return it because the person I bought the gift for did not want it. Super fast processor and it has a solid state to help for faster boot times and productivity.

Hands down the best Inexpensive tiny laptop. Once and awhile the video driver stops working but it does really affect the laptop. I put a 500gb solid state drive in and away it goes....

This laptop looked beautiful. It was tiny, thin, very portable, perfect for what I needed it for. The laptop was advertised with Windows 10 pre installed. So I get home and boot it up. Installation for Windows 10 begins and fails telling me corrupted. I know how to fix computers so I wiped everything and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10. Got all the updated drivers from dells website. Many hours later got everything going. Long story short wireless adapter went bad very quick, within return policy time for me (30 days) when I was elite plus. Another faulty was the SSD going bad. Good old Dell. Laptop looked amazing, dell support was god aweful. I had to disconnect them when they took remote control over my laptop because they were making it worse. I returned this and got the Lenovo laptop similar to this Dell. The Yoga. Holy god what a difference. Stay clear of this headache.

I went to the store to find my next phone as mine just gave out. I had no idea what I wanted. The sales person was great outlining all the different Samsung styles and features.

Great laptop for someone who does not need all the "Bells & Whistle".

PC is great expect for the touchpad. Slight movement of the arrow makes items on screen keep getting larger. Also clicking on touchpad often does not work. It is very frustrating.

Great lap top, The store associate Chris at the Best Buy in Tukey Creek in Knoxville, TN was very knowledgeable and explain all the different things in simple terms.
