I'm a nursing major I bought this laptop for my college work it has been great so far ( I've had it for two months) does everything I need and more.

I bought this as open box but i do not have any complaints. I just use it for everyday surfingplus my niece gets to use it for her homeworks.

Small, but powerful, laptop! I've had it for over 4 years now and it's still going strong!

Glass has a great feel unit is tight and hinges are firm. Great size for travel replaced a traditional tablet to get a keyboard great choice

This is the perfect laptop to download pictures and videos to organize and burn to my external burner, Has a sharp screen and fast speed.

I've owned two of these in only 24 hours. They both came from Best Buy and were purchased new. The first one was defective. It had no WIFI drivers installed and therefore wouldn't connect to the internet. I called Dell where I was instructed to get on my old laptop and download the drivers to a USB then transfer to the new laptop. Learned none of the USB ports worked either. Other issues with first laptop: difficulty getting it to turn on, restart, and shutdown; blue screen of death noted "power_driver_state_failure." After being on the phone over an hour with Dell support, I was instructed to mail it in or return to Best Buy for exchange. I'm now on my second laptop. I opted to test it in Best Buy before taking it home to make sure it wasn't defective. It works fine. However, please be aware that some technical knowledge is required for this computer. It doesn't come set up and ready to go. To get it to work correctly, you will need to go online to Dell support and download updates for Bios, drivers and applications. It won't do this automatically for you. And, it won't work well until it has these updates. You'll get graphics card and touchpad failure messages and such. This computer has its quirks. Had issues with getting Cortana to respond to "Hey, Cortana". Change the setting from respond "To anyone" to "To me" and teach her to recognize your voice and you should have no further issues with her. Also, during initial set-up you are not able to use public WIFI. I tried to do the initial set-up using Best Buy's public WIFI and it kept saying "could not connect." One of the ladies in Geek Squad connected me to the store's secure WIFI and I was able to complete the set-up perfectly. Microsoft Edge seems to work well and I find the webpage drawing tool to be quite responsive and accurate. This second laptop powers up and down smoothly and makes no mechanical noise whatsoever when operating. No issues getting it to resume either. The available iOS apps are less than stellar, in my opinion. My most used apps are Android. Supposedly, by downloading some additional software #AMIDuOS#, I should be able to use my favorite Android apps on this 2-in-1. I haven't tried this yet. The battery life is excellent on this thing - best I've ever seen! Love the keyboard on it; very responsive and no sticking keys. Wish the keyboard was backlit though. Screen is bright and clear. I really like the size and weight; can take it anywhere. Feels durable and hinges seem sturdy; holds it's positions well. The drive size won't be an issue for me, but it may be for others. I haven't loaded anything on this computer, other than the updates. C:/ shows 74.5GB free of 107GB. For me, this computer is going to work very well, especially after I get my Android apps on it. It's very adaptable. It just has a lot of set up involved, which will not appeal to those with limited technical skills. It's a great little 2-in-1 for the price, but I marked it down 2 stars due to the amount of work involved in set-up #and possibly future maintenance of keeping the system current#.

This laptop was a great value. Needed it to run a special sound card for noise experiments and it is working great for us.

horrible keyboard...recessed power key...need finger nail to turn on power.. cable connections are not secure...and so very very slow. I may just toss it out the window.

Went into best buys to get a cold pop and ended up buying a computer... Never owned one before...it's neat..

I have always been a fan of apple products, but this ipad really shows how great apple products are.

Much nicer than my previous smaller notebook. Better display and speed creates a much better experience.

Pros: price, size, battery life (about 7hrs normal use 50% brightness auto-brightness disabled), speakers (nice and exceptionally loud), hardware (6th gen i3, 8gb RAM, 128gb SSD) Cons: ***had to install wi-fi drivers manually out of the box***, screen resolution (1366x768) Overall: really happy with it. Picked up an open box item because I had a feeling the original owner did not know how to get the wi-fi working. Once you get the wifi drivers installed you're all set, yeah it's supposed to be perfect right out of the box but i'll take the laptop cheaper price and do a quick fix myself.
