    Got a brand new laptop, but it won't charged. Brought back to the store, tech guy wasn't able to make it work either. I asked if there's a lot of return for this item, feedback was Dell performance not good as they used to be. Returned the item and bought a Toshiba

    I'm not even a month in and already struggling with computer issues. I keep getting a system warning about the screen driver failing and then getting a distorted screen. I'm thinking about just returning.
