Really wanted to love this- nice specs and solid feel. Couldn't get it to run- blue death screen read - total drive failure out of the box. Exchanged for another and similar issue. Gave up- recommend something else- avoid this one!

This laptop let me down as soon as I took it out of the box. In terms of weight it's light, and look-wise it's pretty nice. However, the WI-FI would pick up my account and then drop it. The power on/off button is also a hassle, and overall, it just isn't worth the hassle to get this to work properly. If this is how it is on Day 1, then I don't want to bother.

Purchased this computer from a Best Buy store and within an hour had to contact Dell support due to WiFi connectivity problems. It would not stay connected long enough to register the product.The tech support person was unable to fix the problem so a new computer was sent to the me straight from Dell. This had the same issue. Computer will be returned.

On my 2nd one after taking the first back and still having same problem. During first start up, it connects to wifi and then during update/registration process it drops wifi. Looking through system devices it shows an error with the wifi adapter. Restart laptop and the wifi adapter is removed from the device list. This ones going back today!

Computer works great, at first it kept disconnecting from the internet but after performing a Dell update it has been great. It is very responsive, and easy to use.

If you keep in mind that this is a 2 in 1, is really great.

Froze on me and wouldn't function before I had it for a whole 24 hours. Just couldn't get the thing to operate correctly. Nope. Returned it. Wouldn't recommend.

I returned this 2 n 1 the same day I bought it. The driver kept dropping the wi fi and I couldn't connect to the internet. I was told to reinstall the driver. I told them I couldn't because I can't connect to the internet to find it. I went online and read that this is a huge problem with the Dell's.

I ordered one of these the screen would not change orientation as it should and the product configuration listed at as a desk top which I suspect was at the core of the issue. Due to that and another issue I spoke to customer service who provided me with a label to send it back and sent me a replacement. The replacement had the exact same issue. I called dell and after over 2 hours with them they could not correct the issue and recommended I return it. This is something you might not realize is an issue but, if you purchase one of these please check for it right away. When using it as a tablet the display should change orientation to how ever you hold the table. It should not stay upside down. Also when you go under the display setting you will notice that it will show the display orientation lock on and grayed out so you can not unlock it to function correctly.

My experience started when the screen wouldn't justify when in tent mode. Called Dell. Utterly incompetent. Acted like I had to pay to fix the problem. Then, two seconds later, the power button wouldn't work. JUNK!!!!! A waste of my time and money. Returned after one day.
