This product has been exactly what we wanted for my 7th grade son. It is compact and lightweight enough to carry around in backpack, yet has everything he would need for a personal, functional computer.

I wanted a small, lightweight computer and this has the added benefit of having a handy touchscreen.

The machine is snappy and well built. It is more than powerful enough for most computing tasks and VERY light gaming. Office applications run flawlessly, and I was able to do some light editing in Photoshop CC as well. The Core i3 processor is vastly more powerful than the Pentium or Atom processors found in many ultraportables in this class. However, at this price I was hoping for at least a 1080p display.

I bought this laptop for my daughter online class and so far it has been a wonderful product. It gets the job done with no trouble at all, very easy to set up.

Purchased a several of these for a new business. Great as a temp laptop or for events. Build quality isn't the best, but it gets the job done and they have been reliable.

No doubt Dell has improved their computers since I last used them. Brought a Lenovo, it lasted TWO days and crapped out (wouldn't even boot up).

Super fast computer without spending a grand. The solid state hd is great for boot up speed, and 8gbs of RAM make this little machine a winner.

The laptop might be small but the picture quality is amazing. I have had it for a month now and it's been working perfectly fine. Good buy!

The only downfall is that Office is not on the laptop, other than that he likes it much better. It is a lot more stable to use on his lap.

I bought this laptop/2in1 on Black Friday. The store was very busy. My first choice, which I believe was a less expensive model was not available, I chose this model without reading any reviews. I was replacing a 7 yr old Del laptop with which I had been pleased. I had this one back at the store within a few days because it would freeze up and it would clock frequently. Of course they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It did seem to work better after that. The Kaspersky security often gets stuck. For the money I spent, I am really wishing it worked better.

With many product offerings to choose from, you can't go wrong with this sleek laptop. Works well for what I need to get done. Lightweight also.

it doesnt have a lot of memory but its functionality is great. perfect for a student. I absolutely love my laptop.

I needed a cheap laptop for work and bought this laptop. The only issue I had was wifi related. It would connect but then drop it and sometimes reconnect upon a reboot. After much internet searching and some trial and error I was able to correct the problem. I don't remember all the steps but after a driver update and a few tweaks and finally was resolved. After that I do like this laptop it does everything I need it to do + its a touchscreen!

Bought this small laptop as a travel machine. It does that very well, but it's very handy for regular use. Crisp display. Fast start. I was worried that the drive might be too small. It's fine for regular "business" use -- not too many videos or pics. With an external drive, I've used it to edit video without problems.
