So far it works just as expected and really like all the features, such as windows 10, a larger keyboard and speed in accessing sites and other actions. BUT it was advertised to have a backlit keyboard and I even asked one of your salesmen to tell me how to activate it. He suggested I try some actions and if all else fails, contact the manufacturer. I did contact Dell and they said this model does not have a backlit keyboard!!!!

Purchased for control of quilting machine, works perfect. Would HIGHLY recommend.

it has plenty of memory and speed for what I am using it for.It is fair to say it was a good buy, being that it was an open box item.

I'm a full time Pre-Pharmacy student and with my crazy work schedule and with being a full time student the fact that this computer is small but flexible is perfect for me. I love how it can flip and close and move in a lot more directions than most laptops. I'm VERY happy with best buy and the electronics team.

I love that you can turn the computer into a tablet. Overall the computer is perfect, able to do everything I want.

This laptop is wonderful - small enough to travel around with but has all the features one would need - except the dvd drive, but if you don't need that then this is the way to go. Keys are easy to use and well spaced for a smaller laptop.

had one problem dueing set up and called tech support woman was very helpful in walking us through the problem

Nice little 2 in 1 laptop. Perfect for traveling when I am using just the carry on.. It fits nicely into my carry on and takes up very little space and is much lighter than my 15" Dell... With a small DVD player attached, I used it to watch 4 movies on a long train trip from Chicago recently.

My mom needed a small and not too heavy laptop so she can carry it around with no problem. This laptop fits the bill. She love the size, the touchscreen, and the tablet mode functionality.

I love the size, the screen, the fact that it flips, how light and flat it is.

Great size when on the go. Light simple yet does everything I need to. Perfect for traveling but also when home. So far its working great. Only negative o have for I think most Dell laptops that the power button is on the side and sometimes you have to press few times before it turned on..

Perhaps a one star rating is a bit low, but I'm basing this on the particular device that I had. We purchased a laptop on December 9th, 2015, and it stopped working entirely in early January 2015. We noticed the first day we purchased it that something seemed a little odd about the power button, but we didn't take action at that time as we thought it was possibly an issue with that model. We continued to have issues with the power button until eventually the computer refused to turn on at all. When we took it to Best Buy Geek Squad, they acknowledged the computer was defective within about 30 seconds. The computer itself, when it was functional, seemed like a nice device. Provided the defect was an anomaly, I would give this device 4 out of 5 stars. The touchscreen doesn't feel responsive enough, but the device is fairly sturdy. However, a computer that breaks within one month of purchase is only going to get one star in my book. I will submit a new review with the replacement computer and will comment on whether the problem goes away.

Very handy and easy to use. It is so convenient to have something like this and carry with you all the time.

I think is a great product for anyone from the casual user or even more hardcore computer user

I wanted to transition from an iPad to a convertible laptop for increased functionality. It was important to me that the laptop be portable, light, and have the ability to convert to a tablet. This little laptop does all of the above! I am extremely happy with this purchase!
