I could not be more happier with this purchase. Great value and so worth the price. So much storage, the processor is incredibly fast, and the battery life is phenomenal. Wish I would have upgraded much sooner!

Great laptop, just too small, so I exchanged it for the same laptop but 15.6 screen size plus I love to have the number keys all together and the smaller one didn’t have that feature. Thanks Best Buy!

Wish there is a zero star. I bought this laptop for my daughter because Northeastern recommended only Dell. However, its the worst laptop I ever bought with defective batteries, hardware issues, and a total waster of time trying to get it repaired. Support is not that great as they give you a run around between teams when you call. The Lenovo laptops i bought during my son's college at least lasted 18-24 months and Dell lasted just few days. Totally disappointed in Dell!

My son LOVES the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop. I purchased for him for college and it is perfect. It is just the right size and keeps a great charge.

it is so much faster to get into the computer when i turn it on. the only problem i have had is the connectivity with my Brother printer, although the problem could be the printer.

I love my new Dell Inspiron. It's compact in size and light weight as well as extremely fast, very easy to grab and go. The UHD screen is awesome, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Recently got a new device after dealing with an unreliable one for a long time. So far I am satisfied with my new purchase and am glad it is better and much more reliable.

For the second time in a year, this computer is not working. Previously, it just stopped turning on. I had to send it off to get fixed which is inconvenient and frustrating by itself. Then, recently, it decided to stop charging. It still worked so long as it was plugged in and would charge intermittently. Then it stopped altogether. Now I just have a block. I'd call it a paperweight, but one of the attributes of this laptop is how light it is. That's the one star I give it. It's really light weight.

I returned it cause I don't like the battery. The battery hours is shorter than I want. Think about the battery before you choose this laptop.

Sorry, but the PC itself is getting super hot! and it was wrong. I had to exchange it within 6 months. But it was hard for me time consuming, data recovery.

This laptop loads very fast. This was my very first laptop. I was always a note pad girl. All I had to do was make an appointment and they answered my question.
