Very disappointed

The battery life lasted a maximum of 3 hours while set at maximum battery life. I owned the computer 4 days and it had fatal crashes on 2 of the 4 days. I returned the Dell and purchased a Surface that I have been very happy with. I would not recommend this to anybody.
