The way the pen Moves across the screen is not smooth at all. There is no way you can use this to draw. Not to mention when I finally got the laptop the internal webcam dropped down in the screen so you couldn’t see anything when you turned it on. DO NOT GET A WARRANTY! I paid $300 extra for a warranty and used it to fix the webcam- that CAME broke. They shipped it out to a warehouse which had my laptop for over a month just for them to say they couldn’t fix the laptop and it will be junked. The warranty doesn’t get reimbursed nor carry over once they fix it once. I only had this laptop for a year! So I wasted $300 on a warranty that DIDNT fix the computer. They gave a gift card for the amount the computer was bought not including the $300 warranty. What a joke. I’ve had laptops last over 10 years and dell can’t even make one to last a year!

Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear about the issues that you've had with your new computer. We'd recommend trying to re-calibrate your touchscreen using these steps to see if it helps the responsiveness with your pen:
Below are the steps required to calibrate your Touchscreen:
1. Restart the Computer and the Monitor
2. Go to Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.
3. Under Display tab, select Calibrate.
4. Choose Pen or Touch input.
5. Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen to correct the linearity problems.
6. Save the calibrated data.

Poor Customer Service

No USA tech support, only overseas call centers. Tried to tell me it was a software issue and to up sell me their paid support plan for $99.
