I absolutely love my new Dell laptop from Best Buy. The color, picture and sound quality are top notch. The device is very fast and it is by far the best and most efficient laptop I've ever had.

We got this laptop to do simple tasks. It had issues and I had to mail it back to dell for repair. They fixed it without issue and now it works great.

This unit is priced competitively. With the memory & drive configuration, this laptop is fairly fast for daily and general computer use. If you are not gaming, this unit will be perfect.

A great PC. Very light yet totally powerful. This 2 in 1 is a big step ahead in laptop/notebook technology. IT has really grown on me since I bought it. I learn a new feature every day.

This won’t blow you away with the performance, but for a fairly inexpensive touch-screen laptop, it holds up and performs quite well.

i love to draw and paint but i was tired of carrying around a backpack of art supplies so to have this two in one touchscreen is saving me time and money.

Love this laptop. Haven't had any issues. Love all the extra features especially the backlit keyboard. Also, It's very lightweight so it's not as heavy carrying all over campus.

For 500 bucks, this is a good computer for traveling and using the internet. It doesn't have much disk space though, so not recommended for large applications.

I like the size of my computer. The speed is excellent. I haven't yet used a lot of features offered on my computer but expect to in the near future.

I like the touch screen but it will take some getting use to since I never had one before. I also like the flexibility of the screen for watching movies.

Set up was simple and I'm happy with the drawing tablet which was the main reason for the purchase.

got this for the kids for Christmas need a good laptop that would work and this has a good fast processor. when I got this it was new to the market so my luck I paid for retail. ;(

I must 1st say that I have been an HP girl for years. But this pc met my expectations, it's lightweight, quiet and a 2 in 1. I'm glad I made the purchase for my business needs.

I bought this as an extra computer to move around the house and around the world. It's stronger and more versatile than a notepad, and it's light enough to carry in a carryon.

Best Buy Tram members were extremely helpful with this purchase. Never had a Dell before nor a smaller size (13'') 2 in 1 but what a great purchase!

I was looking for a laptop for the office that was at a good price point that could easily connect to the large screen TV in our training room. This laptop has been perfect.

Very responsive computer. Has the speed and reliability to keep me happy! The speakers sound good and it is able to keep up with streaming content on videos and on radio.

I wanted to get a very inexpensive laptop (about $300) to temporarily replace my current laptop which was having major issues that weren't worth fixing. I wanted a cheap laptop since I only planned on having it for 1-2 years until I could afford a better one. I finally decided on this laptop (even though it is double what I anticipated on spending) and I have to say I absolutely love it. I feel that I am now more likely on keeping this laptop for 5 or more years because it is so great and beautiful. I am pretty sure I am saving a lot of money in the long run with this purchase. I highly recommend this laptop!

I bought this computer for my grandson and he has been using it for several weeks to surf the net, do his homework, and follow our stocks. It has worked very well for him .

This laptop is the perfect size. Big enough to see the screen yet small enough to carry with me when traveling for sporting events on weekends.
