We went into Best buy looking at laptops. Not knowing much about them we got help from one of the sales clerk. He asked how the laptop was going to be used and helped us pick out the perfect one, it even came cheaper then our budget.

Bought the laptop as a gift for my husband. It was recommended for its speed and versatility, touch screen etc. after one year and about two weeks the laptop will only work if it's plugged into the wall. We bought a new battery and that was not the problem. Something to do with the hardware and costly to fix. Therefore it's not portable anymore. I paid $599.99 for the laptop. If I had known it would last a year I would have gone a much cheaper route.

This is a very user-friendly laptop. In addition to being fast and reliable, it is light-weight and easy to transport.

Great computer for the price and would definitely recommend it. The processor hangs up a bit the more you use it but i was able to run bl2 fine and most other smaller games ran on high graphics... its a great pc for beginners..

Excellent laptop/notebook. Good size, good weight. Doesn't get hot on my lap. I'd prefer the power outlet and a USB outlet be located in the rear of the computer for convenience. Quick startup, fast response and great screen.

Bought this computer for my mother who went back to school at 52 and she absolutely loves it. She isn't very experienced or good with computers but this is so useful for her and she doesn't have much to learn to use it.

Was replacing an older Dell. This one see, to fit outpr needs and buget. On a side note, when doing home office program, it should included outlook. That was the only disappointment

i bought this computer for school and it was great. The 2 in 1 feature is definitely a plus for when I am just lying in bed scrolling and the backlit keyboard helps at night when you are trying to type in the dark.

Bought it for ny wife works perfectly fine amazing build quality only issue was the price considering i3 128gb it should have costed a bit lesser if priced around 400$ is worth a buy

Good upgrade on my non touch screen Dell from before. Been a longtime Dell user and their touchpads have gotten slightly better too...overall good product for TE price

Right now the screen is dim while on power plug and bright (normal) when on battery. This seems backward. Sometimes, some keys stop working, but so far, they have resumed operation.

I love my Dell Inspiron Laptop. It has far exceeded all my expectations and the 8GB Memory capacity has proven to be more than enough to meet all my personal and business needs!

I needed a new laptop for music production, at the time this was a well priced, mid-grade laptop that was a huge step up (or so I thought) from my TOSHIBA IFOGETTHEMODEL that had served me very well (or so I thought). I had put a 60GB SSD in the TOSHIBA just to run the OS and the MASCHINE 1.X software. My 1 TB TOSHIBA CANVIO HDD (80 USD) held the rest of the computers needs. Now knowing what I came from, here is what I went to. Equality with no external hard drive. The processors these days haven't changed much unless you are in an i7...Which makes all the difference in the world, I used this laptop for 4 days and returned it because maybe the touchscreen algorithms were too much to handle but with 3 stems running I already was cracking and popping. I would only recommend this for a beginner that needs it for HS or as an office PC that is doing digital paperwork with the occasional web stream. The SSD is small. There is no CD\DVD Drive. (Why is that nowhere to be found anymore) This computer LAGS! I don't want to come off so negative, but I couldn't even get this thing the simple benchmarks to rate me as in the +25 Percentile. Buy at your own risk. The great thing is that best buy will take it back if you aren't happy with little to no questions asked. I really upgraded to a MSI GE62VR APACHE PRO (GTX 1070) and I lost the touchscreen, gained the DVD+CD drive. IMHO that's a worthy trade off. Tablets are for touchscreen not PC. I wouldn't buy this for anyone but my 14 year old daughter (whom I do not have hah)

Had a great experience-Anthony (la mesa) got us all set up with the laptop we chose at Mission Valley because LM was out of stock; the laptop was ready for pickup less than 15 minutes later. Easy setup...

This laptop is so nice to use. The touch screen is a bit tricky to use if you are used to pointing out items on the screen when training but you get used to it fast. boots up quickly too.

I have had the same laptop for the same length of time my wife has bought and broken three. Mine was a Dell, and hers were not. This time we went for the brand that would last and could be repaired easily.

We bought this for my son for college. This was not our first choice but we purchased it after talking with a Best Buy sales associate. My son has been happy with it so far.

I love the 2 n 1 feature plus Cortana. It's great for personal use and just for fun. It comes with a lot of features that are helpful incase you get overwhelmed with the greatness of this Windows 10.

I've used a Dell for many years at work & love having one at home now! The Geek Squad Agent, Cameron Smith, that came to our home to set us up was fabulous! Best Buy is lucky to have him on their team!
