I am happy to purchase whatever my needs are from Best Buy all the employees are very helpful, friendly very courteous and easy to find. Its always my first choice to go to Best buy.

We got this for a friends son who needed a machine for school. The specs were better than others in this class and it was well built. Excellent device and should get him through school.

TRANSITIONED FROM THE DESK COMPUTER TO THE LAPTOP. A DIFFERENT FEELING ON THE KEYBOARD, BUT EASILY TO ADAPT. MORE OPPORTUNITY TO BE ONLINE BECAUSE OF THE MOBILITY. A GOOD INVESTMENT.

My only issue is that it does not have built in wifi even though I was told it does. Otherwise, very good for what I needed. Something to take on the job.

I like this computer. It is a big improvement over my 6 year old similar model. Computer itself seems to work well, but I am having problems with Windows 10.

I bought this computer to replace my three year old "surface2" that went dead last month. Disappointed with "Surface" but hope this "Dell" will give me better service than "Surface2"

Nice lap top so far no problem only when i turne it on it takes a while so i can see anything on the screen sometime it a bit fustrating but i just have to be patience with it .

i've had this for about 30days now and have had a lot of issues with the speakers..overall good laptop as i'll be returning a getting the same one

I am not the best computer user, and I have to work with a small budget. So far, this Dell computer is working very well and I have everything I need.

I originally was planning to purchase a different laptop. Although the one i wanted was sold out. On a whim I decided to purchase this one and I'm so glad I did.

At first I didn't want a Dell but the features were awesome. The only thing is the rubber on the bottom that keeps it elevated doesn't stay and my pc isn't a yr yet.

I purchased this laptop roughly a month ago and all was well. I was actually really enjoying the laptop itself, it ran smoothly, fast, I liked the touch screen feature, etc. however after only a month of having it, one day it just wouldn't turn on. I tried all the little things like press and hold the power button, remove the battery, made sure the AC cable was working and NOTHING! I called Best Buy to see what can be done and basically was told that I'd have to bring it into the Geeksquad for diagnostics, and if it needed to be sent out, there would be fees associated. Granted, I did not buy the protections at time of purchase and so I have to count my losses, but I would have never imagined my laptop kicking the bucket after only one month of owning it. So with that said, I'd be weary of this product and if you do purchase it, make sure you get all them protections in case problems arise within a short period of time. I would expect this from a laptop that was 5-7 years old, not when it's brand new.

I wasn't intending to purchase this laptop,but I really wanted a 2 in 1 computer even though it's more than I had intended spending. I don't regret buying this laptop.

A great laptop. I use it for work every day and have never had a problem with it. When the time comes that i have to replace this I’ll be getting another Dell.

One of the best lap tops I've bought great on web surfing and for watching videos downloads very fast and clear picture loud speaker. Well built.

Nice Computer and has enough programs for what I do . It loads fairly fast and works well on the wireless internet part . Nice clear picture .

I recently went back to school and needed a new laptop. This one has been great both for school work but also as a tablet to binge Netflix :)

It's a great quality laptop love the finish on it. Light weight. And it has everything you need.. it's very fast and responsive. You also have to love the price.

Does what it needs to do. Had some issues with it but not sure if they're hardware or OS related.

This 2 in 1 Dell laptop has been exceptional since we purchased it. We have had no problems at all & love the ability to use it as a laptop or tablet.
