    Am still doing the tutorial for 10 - I am taking my time, since it is so different from my old Vista. Love my computer, it is much lighter and so much faster!

    Bought this at the same time as a Dell all in one. Unlike the all in one this was not easy to set up. Would not connect to network. Error said hardware was missing but I had previously connected at home so this was not an accurate diagnosis. Dell customer support would not help resolve the problem and I have had to twice hire tech support when I've owned many machines and it is rare that I have to do so.

    This laptop is fine, but certainly nothing special. I've had a variety of internet issues since purchasing this computer a month ago. Luckily the computer was cheap enough that I purchased the Geek Squad protection to go with it so I can take it in to get looked at.
